The Norwood School organised an educational excursion to Shaheed Bhagat Singh Museum, Katkar Kalan for the students of grade 8th and 9th.
It proved to be an enriching experience thus helping them to learn about Indian history, culture and aspiring them to become active citizens and leaders.
The museum provided the students and opportunity to learn about freedom struggle, the life and legacy of Sardar Bhagat Singh and sacrifices made by the legends for independence.
The students also explored various articles, artifacts, publications gaining insights into the sacrifices made by the freedom fighters who laid down their lives to liberate India from British rule.
Overall the visit was a great learning experience in the presence of Director, Mrs.Pooja Chaudhary, Vice- Principal Mrs.Rajni Bhanot and faculty members, as it provided an extended and comprehensive learning environment to the students.
