Literacy is not just learned in school , it’s learned everywhere. Students can learn about literacy from reading road signs, grocery boxes, listening stories and home languages and even exploring the internet.

Learning to read is a strong predictor of a student’s future academic achievement. Literacy has always been important and in today’s knowledge based global economy, it is even more true.

The objective of the school is to assist the students by means of literacy to unfold their latest talents and to help them to grow to the highest possible level in as many fields as is possible for each individual. With joint effort of home and school the child should be hooked on to reading. Let the child learn to read, and then he will read to learn.
