Educational Trip to Bird Park and Air Force Heritage Centre, Chandigarh
A fun-filled and educational field trip to two remarkable locations in Chandigarh — the Bird Park and the Air Force Heritage Centre was organised for the students from grade 3rd to 6th.
The trip was designed to provide our novians a blend of nature education and patriotic inspiration, enriching their learning beyond the classroom.
Students were thrilled to see a wide variety of exotic and indigenous birds such as macaws, parakeets, swans, and ducks in beautifully designed natural enclosures in Bird Park, Chandigarh.
Next, the students visited the Air Force Heritage Centre, a place that filled everyone with pride and admiration for the Indian Air Force as it showcases the rich history and achievements of the IAF through fighter aircraft displays, war memorabilia, interactive exhibits, and inspiring stories of bravery and sacrifice. Students were particularly excited to experience the Simulator, Audio Visual Devices, Motivational theatre and Holographic experience.
The trip thus provided students both environmental awareness and national pride making it a truly memorable day full of learning, discovery, and inspiration.
